50th Anniversary of being an ICE member

Congratulations to Charles Kelly who has recently achieved the distinction of having been a member of the ICE for 50 years. He joined as a Student member whilst working for the Isle of Man Water Board and became a Chartered Engineer in 1972. Charles retired two years ago, but continues to work for JGP from time to time.
