Investors in People
We are pleased to announce that John Grimes Partnership has been awarded Investors in People accreditation.
This accreditation follows the recent appointment of Tony Rockey as the new Managing Director and the ensuing organisational changes within the company.
The assessor from Investors in People commented that “People are thoroughly behind the direction in which the company is beginning to move” and this resulted in a “major positive impact on levels of job satisfaction and motivation”.

Investors in People provides a best practice people management standard, offering accreditation to organisations that adhere to the Investors in People framework.
Investors in People is owned by the UK government, managed nationally by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills and supported by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS). Investors in People assessments are conducted locally through seven local Delivery Centres. It was launched in 1991.
